Each customized gift is specially designed and crafted according to your personalization requirements. Because every product is made uniquely for you, order processing may require additional time before dispatch.
Delivery Within Pakistan
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days across major cities in Pakistan.
- Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may require additional time.
- Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- During promotional campaigns, festive seasons, or sale events, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
We recommend keeping your provided phone number active so our delivery team or courier partner can contact you if necessary.
Safe & Secure Delivery
To ensure your order reaches you safely, we strongly recommend providing your complete residential or business address.
For security reasons, Aimraz Customize Store is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage if customers request delivery to courier collection points, self-pickup locations, or third-party addresses.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage during transit, contact our customer support immediately.
International Shipping
We proudly offer worldwide shipping for selected customized gifts and personalized products.
International Delivery Timeline
- Orders are generally dispatched within 5–7 business days after confirmation and customization.
- Delivery time depends on your destination country, customs clearance procedures, and local courier services.
- International delivery times may vary during holidays or promotional sales.
Once your personalized order enters production, cancellation requests cannot be accepted because every item is custom-made specifically for you.
If an international shipment is refused or remains undelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, and any additional expenses will be the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Charges
Delivery Charges Within Pakistan
A flat shipping fee of Rs.300 PKR is applied to all orders delivered anywhere in Pakistan unless otherwise stated during promotional offers or free shipping campaigns.
International Shipping Charges
International shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Destination Country
- State or Province
- City
- Delivery Location
- Parcel Weight and Dimensions
The estimated shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government charges imposed by the destination country are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid by the customer upon delivery, where applicable.
