Return Policy for only Non-Customized Products
We offer a return and replacement policy for eligible non-customized products purchased from Aimraz Customize Store.
If you receive a standard (non-personalized) item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, you may request a return or replacement within our eligible return period.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, tags, and documentation (if applicable).
- Meet our return eligibility requirements.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process an approved replacement or refund according to our return policy.
No Returns on Customized & Personalized Products
Because every customized gift and personalized product is made exclusively for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products customized with customer-provided information.
This includes products personalized with:
- Names
- Photos
- Images
- Initials
- Custom Messages
- Logos
- Artwork
- Special Designs, etc.
Examples include:

- Personalized Wallets
- Customized Watches and Caps
- Engraved Bracelets
- Printed T-Shirts

- Custom Name Gifts
- Couple Gifts
- Birthday Gifts
- Anniversary Gifts
- Any other made-to-order personalized products.
Since these items are individually created according to your specifications, they cannot be resold or reused once production has begun.

Before confirming your order, please carefully review all personalization details you provide, including:
- Spelling of names
- Uploaded photos or images
- Custom text or messages
- Dates
- Design selections
- Product options
- Delivery information
Our production team follows the information submitted by the customer exactly as provided. Aimraz Customize Store is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect names, photos, spelling mistakes, or other information supplied during the ordering process. Providing accurate customization details helps us create beautiful, meaningful, and high-quality personalized products exactly as you envision them.
Changes Before Production Begins
We understand that you may occasionally need to update your customization details.
You may request changes to your:
- Name or text
- Uploaded photo
- Image or artwork
- Product options
- Delivery information
Changes are accepted only before your order enters the production or customization process. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Customized Orders
If you receive a customized product that is:
- Damaged during shipping,
- Defective due to a manufacturing issue, or
- Incorrect because of an error made by Aimraz Customize Store,
Please contact us within 24 Hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
After reviewing your claim, we will determine whether a replacement or another appropriate resolution is applicable.
